An Elastomeric Roof Coating is a specialized synthetic rubber coating that cures into a durable, highly elastic membrane when it dries. It’s applied like regular paint, but its capabilities are far beyond what paint can do. As it acts much like rubber, it can stretch when the temperature goes up and then retreat to its original shape when it gets colder out. By doing this, it resists cracking.
